Demand a Full Environmental Assessment of the Dakota Access Pipeline

Standing Rock - native lives matter

BREAKING:  Army Corps of Engineers is now saying they will terminate the Environmental Assessment (EIS) on the controversial Dakota Access Pipeline (DAPL) that threatens the lands of the Standing Rock Sioux.

The Trump Administration is pushing hard to expedite permits for the DAPL to go forward without an environmental review – completely disregarding the extensive concerns raised by the Standing Rock Sioux, landowners, and surrounding communities.

The Army Corps of Engineers was going to accept public comments through February 20 thanks to protests by the Standing Rock Sioux tribe and their water-protecting allies.

Submit your comments that the Environmental Impact Statement is essential.
