President Obama: Stand Strong on Climate Change

The Obama Administration took important steps on climate change in 2014. The US EPA moved forward on regulations to limit carbon pollution from power plants, the President entered into an historic agreement with China on climate emissions, and the President took action to protect Bristol Bay from oil and gas drilling.

However, much remains to be done, and the US is far behind in addressing climate change and moving to a clean energy future. The US has actually increased its production of fossil fuels, and the Administration is now threatening to open parts of the Atlantic Coast to drilling. And while solar and wind power are growing rapidly, they are just a small fraction of our energy production (and are losing vital government support).

Join Green America in encouraging the President to stand strong on climate by addressing carbon emissions, the Keystone XL pipeline, fracking, and clean energy initiatives!
